A usage agreement for our platform — how you may use our services

This document is a technical service agreement for our SMS/OTP verification platform. It describes rules that apply when you use the service. By continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms published on this page.

Introduction
These terms govern your access to and use of the services operated by Tiemtaphoa.org at https://www.tiemtaphoa.org. We are a business based in Vietnam.
When you use the platform, you enter into an agreement with Tiemtaphoa.org as set out here. You are solely responsible for your use, transactions, following applicable rules, and any consequences; we only operate the technical tools. Transactions between users are agreed and borne by those parties alone.
In this document, "we" means Tiemtaphoa.org; "you" means the user of the service.

Services, platform, and user-to-user transactions
We operate a platform where users may offer or purchase SMS verification (anonymous numbers) as described on the website. The exact scope follows what is shown on the site at any given time.
Rights in the platform
Software, interface, branding, and content we create remain owned by Tiemtaphoa.org. We may change features to operate and improve the service. You are not granted any intellectual property rights beyond what these terms allow.
Sellers (number providers) and buyers
Users who list numbers are responsible for their right to use those numbers on the platform. We may remove or refuse listings that do not meet our rules. Verification transactions are agreements between users; we do not join disputes over transaction quality unless our platform rules say otherwise.
No guarantee of perfection
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Accounts and prohibited conduct
Access is granted under your account; do not share passwords. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for your devices.
What you must not do
You must not use the service for (including but not limited to):
- Prohibited or fraudulent acts; impersonation; sanctions evasion; money laundering; terrorist financing
- Spam, phishing, or breaches of third-party rules (e.g. fake sign-ups)
- Harassment, hateful content, or child exploitation
- Interfering with telecom networks, API abuse, unauthorized scraping, or bypassing technical controls
- Multiple accounts to evade limits; infringement of IP or privacy rights
Phone numbers and financial services
Do not use numbers from the platform to verify banking, wallets, crypto, or other financial services where that violates our policies. Do not harvest numbers from the platform without authorization.
Fees, payments, and refunds
Current fees are listed at https://www.tiemtaphoa.org/#prices. We may change fees with advance notice; continued use after the effective date means you accept the new fees.
Commission, withdrawals, and fees
Platform transactions may incur commission at the rate in effect. Sellers receive proceeds after commission; there may be minimum withdrawals, payout schedules, and transaction or transfer fees. Payouts are typically by bank transfer unless we specify otherwise. Sellers are responsible for their own taxes.
Refunds and payment disputes
Refunds (if any) follow the policy posted at the time, typically for unused balance within the stated period. Disputes with banks or payment providers are between you and them; you bear responsibility. Fees for consumed service are not refunded.
Source of funds
Top-ups and payments must come from sources you are allowed to use. You must not use the service for money laundering, prohibited financing, or sanctions violations.
User responsibility, platform liability limits, and termination
You are solely responsible for how you use the service, your content, and your transactions, including disputes with other users or third parties. Tiemtaphoa.org is not liable for direct or indirect damages, lost data, lost profits, or outcomes from your use or inability to use the service. Nothing here requires you to indemnify us; risks arising from your conduct are yours to bear toward affected parties.
Violations and termination
Breaches or abuse may lead to suspension or termination of access. We have no obligation to resolve disputes between users and may apply technical measures or other steps we consider appropriate.
Additional rules
We may publish additional platform rules; breaking them may end your access.
General terms and eligibility
Notices may be sent to registered email addresses. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect where possible. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent.
Sanctions and restrictions
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with sanctions, embargoes, and applicable rules. Consequences of your violations are not the platform operator's responsibility.
Age
The service is for users who are at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). Minors may not register on their own; if we learn we collected a child's data, we will delete it when feasible.
